1. License

Your license to use the app is Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement it.

2. What the service is, and how it can change

• Recording, transcription, the timeline, search and export run on this iPhone.
• "Organize" and "Ask your past" use a relay server run by the developer and an AI service (Microsoft Azure OpenAI). This part needs an internet connection, and for reasons on the developer's side (cost, technology, changes by the provider) it may be changed, paused or discontinued without notice.
• If the server features stop, your diary, recordings, search and export on this iPhone keep working. You can export everything as Markdown and audio at any time.

3. About AI output

• Organized text and answers are generated by AI. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed, and they may differ from your original notes. Check the original page before relying on anything important.
• The app does not give medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

4. Adding to Reminders and Calendar

Items are added only when you tap on the confirmation card. Reviewing and managing what was added is up to you.

5. Paid plan

• Plus is an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's in-app purchase. Price, free trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's rules; you can cancel in iOS Settings.
• If the server features are stopped under section 2, refunds for that period follow Apple's terms and procedures. The developer cannot issue refunds individually.

6. Support

Because the app is run by one person, a reply to your message cannot be promised. Common questions are answered on the support page. Even without a reply, you can always export your diary and cancel the subscription yourself.

7. Prohibited use

Use that violates laws or public order, unauthorized access to or excessive load on the relay server, and reverse engineering, modification or redistribution of the app are not permitted. Use may be restricted without notice if these are found.

8. Disclaimer

• The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, from AI output, or from changes to, suspension or termination of the service.
• Where the developer is liable, to the extent permitted by law, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the most recent one month.
• Where consumer protection or other mandatory law limits this section, it does not apply to that extent.

9. Changes to these terms

Changes are announced by updating the date on this page; no individual notice is sent. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
